Experiential workshop

The “Ancestral Catharsis” workshop aims to consciously reconnect us with the family tree through awareness of the roles our parents and we play in it, purifying the ancestral bloodline and removing ancestral barriers through awareness and healing!

Dimitris Galanis, therapist and lecturer of the workshop, and yoga teacher Elena Tsokou, will guide you on this healing journey of self-awareness.
